Wisely done. You should probably just have them set it up through the state system that takes it from your paycheck. I didn't because we have always been pretty good about everything. The first hint of trouble though and that would change. Invest in better representation this time. Maybe ask around about some really good lawyers in your area. Some of those lawyers aren't in it for the money, they are in it for blood. They just want to take everything from someone.

I was luckily able to go to court and it was simple things and easy going. I had no property or anything like that back then so nothing to really fight over. The whole process is ridiculous if you ask me and slanted heavily towards the woman's side. Get a good lawyer and stick to your guns on what you want. Did you try booting it with no RAM installed? Most PCs will boot to BIOS even without RAM in them. If it is stable like that then it isn't the CPU.
