In this case, I searched for pure evasion. Red box = requires the deflection stat Added a "Count". Added all 3 resistance types and set the minimum roll at 30. Set the count to 2. Resistances are a suffix, so you can technically get all 3 on a body armour, but if you want deflection, that is using one of your suffixes, so this search is finding pieces with ANY two resistances with a roll of at least 30. You can then click on the evasion and sort by the highest in the results, too. It will be $$$$ so in the filters, one category is "Trade" and you can set a max price based on your budget. Discord message 1. evasion is a little low 2. max life is low 3. no deflection on gear 4. low dps on weapon 5. lightning resist is critically low You don't NEED elemental resists perfectly capped at 60, but you don't want them negative. Negative resist means taking increased damage of that type. Inherently, evasion is the weakest defensive layer. Swing -> evade -> 0 damage Swing -> evade -> 0 damage Swing -> evade -> 0 damage Swing -> fail evade -> take full damage This is why it is always paired with other layers, e.g. evasion + energy shield and/or deflection It also makes evasion much less effective early game when your gear won't have as much evasion and you don't have as many points in the tree to support your evasion. You're in Standard, not the season, so most gear is expensive in trade. Too few players there and those who are have a year's worth of wealth built up. A practical target is 70% chance to evade as a meaningful defensive layer with deflection or energy shield, and roughly 80–90% if evasion is one of your main defenses. Those are rules of thumb—not a mechanical breakpoint or a universal minimum. If you can get there, great. If not, then until you get a little higher, it MIGHT be easier to get some armour + energy shield gear to "solve" defense until you can equip gear with more evasion. Armour slows you down, but better than dying, right?

Discord message My normal setup was ambrosia+shock+armour break stuff on forge hammer for the fissures when running a phys build but since swapping to the cold olrovasara the lightning damage does freeze buildup instead so it's kinda useless for damage in my build tbh. I swapped to frost wall to pre-stack rage and olrovasara before bosses and it feels way better. I think in general if I have to use forge hammer twice on a boss it's either an immune phase where the cd comes back anyway or it's a dps issue and I have other problems haha.
