I 100% agree with @Macsuscassumptions. Those are the exact steps I would undertake to try to rectify this issue. @Cat_Dad8311Honestly mate, there's no need to worry. Nothing on a PC can't be repaired or replaced. Sometimes it takes a few steps to ascertain the exact issue, but we will figure it out and get this PC going for you.1 point
