For more frequent frenzy charges, u can put armor break 3 supp gem into twister and take the resonance node, as by my testing its very good , u will break armor so more phys dmg dealt and u will get frenzy charges and dont need 30 spirit for combat frenzy.2. u can use whirling lvl 1 or 2 and still have same function and it will use way less mana, and if u got 2 socket sceptre, u can get a +1 wind skills with a soul core that i forgot the name of.Gl bud
