is woolies the iceclaw shred lunar howl build?

i havent done a wolf build in a hot minutes

i have done woolies build and i can confirm his build is fun and works, i haven't seen the other build till now but it looks interesting

Cause the build's originally from 0.4 and some people in the comments said it didnt work in 0.5, though woolie said it did. Also, how budget friendly is it? As was mentioned, i am new to the game thus suck at making money/crafting

i did it in both 0.4/0.5 at might be a little rough at start of league if no one posts uniques to obtain them other then that it was smooth
