I think there is basically a hierarchy in the chatters of the discord, one that is extremely rigid and ingrained

then based on the hierarchy, they think it's okay to abuse the person beneath them

I attempted to change that a bit by putting someone in the lower side higher up, to balance it out, in the end I think it worked out tbh, because everyone has made compromises now, it should actually be more even moving forward

Imagine one day a few years later when they're all friends, they actually laugh about all this
