Hi!

I'm building a flickerstrike / killing Palm marital artist monk, going pretty good-ish, but sometimes the flicker stops after a single hit, wasting all my charges. Sometimes it bounces countless time between 2 target (or even stike a single target multiple times), but sometimes jumps once (maybe doesn't even hit, just jump there) and stops. What can cause this?
