I've got a question how come players who join my trial of sekhemas die when they enter I tried to solve it by not equipping any "+max honour" but only put "honour res"

Your Honour is determined by your HP + ES
Any honour lost is subtracted as a flat amount

Lets say you have 10k HP+ES, and you lose 1000
While for you that is 10%, someone with 2000, would lose half his honour instantly
Someone below 1000 would instantly die

If you have a ton of HP + ES and lose a good chunk of honour then theres basically no way to invite low level players
