I thought about maybe changing to Stormweaver so that all my cold damage can also apply shock, perma arcane surge, elemental storm. But IDK I don't really want to give up quite yet. What would be a good spell to use for Biting Frost / Discharge (or w/e for freeze consumption)? Right now I've been mostly nuking with ice nova, using Snap to blow up frozen enemies and collect ice remnants for stronger ice novas, and using ice walls to help deal more damage to rares/bosses and Eye of Winter off cooldown with embitter and shooting it over shocked/chilled ground I make. I'm just not sure how to maximize the damage from abilities like Ice Wall, should I stick Glacier support on it and let Snap or whatever I use to blow them up with Verglas? Should I use spell cascade, fortress, echo?
