Hi so when starting my PC up I have a solid red light at the GPU. And then when in the desktop making mouse movements and opening programs leads to random GPU spikes as well as audio stutters and mouse stutters. Whenever loading GPU intensive tasks such as games the PC will crash and restart and via latencyMon I am also getting very high latency. Hello, I received my pc reward yesterday, and upon trying to start it up, I was stuck at the UEFI Boot shell. The BIOS detected my ssd but did not show any bootable devices. I tried various things, such as disabling secure boot and unplugging peripherals. I was eventually able to reinstall windows using a flash drive. I am now able to use my pc, but my window is unregistered. Is there any way that I could have the product key that was associated with the pc so that I don't have to buy a new license? Thank you.

Hello, I received my pc last month and for the first two weeks did not have any problems. I went out of town for four days and when I came back home, last Thursday, the pc began to power off while gaming. I updated drivers, updated my BIOS, and eventually reset my pc. Today I saw that the gpu fans weren’t spinning and it was reaching around 100c before shutting down. I'm reaching out to see if anyone would have any suggestions or fixes.

Update i found an old flash drive and downloaded an install of windows from daughter's laptop and now it boots so just i guess need a windows license and now hopefully steam can get back my hacked account and I can get my games back i didnt have alot but better than nothing lol.

So this morning when I turned on the pc there no picture I knkw it did an update and shit down before I went to bed I tried different display cables another monitor tried the display port for the motherboard and not the graphics card I removed the cmos battery for 5 minutes and tried that but nothing it turns on lights up fans spin has not gotten hot but right now nothing and almost had it set up to start playing on it lol
