Okay I think I understood wrong at first. Did you sign in with Paypal/Stripe to claim the golden ticket?

it will still show you the option to claim the golden ticket even if you're joined (though clicking it will bring you nothing). if you wan to make sure you're joined, go to account settings. If you're in, it will say you're locked in.

Those are two different giveaway; one is for steam gift cards and the other for the PC. Join them both!
