So the ctokens you use to scan corpses in games for example world of warcraft. You set it up so you have a button or buttons you press to scan an enemy you kill in the game. So I kill a mob then scan its corpse. You wager how much you want to spend on each scan lowest is 25 ctokens so the more you wager if a scan pops the more you win. You have the chance to get rubies which you buy more ctokens with, forum gold, which can be used at the gift forge to buy games, and such, and items. The items you get you can equip on your lucky little devil through the inventory the better the gear the better the effects you have at the carnival for your avatar. You can also sell the items for forum gold or money straight to your PayPal. Of you go to the crimson market site then to the play with purpose it goes into much greater detail and shows you the charts for drops and values. Hope this helps a little
